RELEASE OF LIABILITY CLAUSE:

By accepting and using the laptops provided by Tech4Kids, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. The laptops donated by Tech4Kids are provided as-is, without any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
    

2. Tech4Kids shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of the donated laptops. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages resulting from the recipient's use of the laptops for illegal activities, unauthorized access to private information, or any other unlawful actions.
    

3. The recipient assumes full responsibility for the use and security of the donated laptops. It is the recipient's sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the laptops, including but not limited to copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and privacy laws.
    

4. Tech4Kids shall not be responsible for any software or data installed on the donated laptops. The recipient is solely responsible for ensuring the legality and authenticity of any software or data used on the laptops.
    

5. The recipient agrees to indemnify and hold Tech4Kids, its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use or misuse of the donated laptops.
    

 

By accepting the donated laptops, the recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions stated in this release of liability clause.
